Brad Saville is a novelist, playwright, and filmmaker. His novel Grotesque was published when he was 23. His first film, Williamsburg(2006), which was shot in 10 days for $20,000, won Best Noir at the New York International Film Festival 2006. Williamsburg has also been official selections of: Queens International Film Festival 2006, Delray Beach Film Festival 2007, Syracuse International Film Festival 2007, andThe Long Island Wine and Country Film Festival 2007. Williamsburg will be available on DVD Fall 2008.
Brad also directed and produced the picture, A Night with Mark Murphy, a gritty look at the Grammy-nominated Jazz vocalist performing at the famous Iridium Jazz Club in NYC.
His plays Jism, Mint Julep, Gregor, Crazy, The Brothers Slaughter, Two Rooms in Davis, Monkey Trick, and Yermo Blues have all been produced on stages throughout New York City.
Brad currently runs his company, Cadillac Films, and serves as Managing Director of Eastwind Theatre Company.
